The Becoming Intensive is a personalized 6-month coaching experience for midlife Christian women who feel like they've lost themselves somewhere along the way and aren't sure what's next. Together, we'll uncover the beliefs and patterns that have been shaping your life, rediscover who you are and how God uniquely designed you, and help you live with greater faith, confidence, and intention as you become the woman God created you to be.
Is This Right for You?
The Becoming Intensive is for you if you:
Feel like you've lost yourself somewhere along the way.
Aren't sure who you are anymore or what's next.
Keep falling into patterns you know aren't helping you.
Make decisions based on fear, guilt, approval, or other people's expectations.
Second-guess yourself and worry about making the "wrong" decision.
Know you want to live more intentionally but aren't sure what that looks like.
Want a deeper, more authentic relationship with God that shapes how you actually live.
Want to better understand your strengths, gifts, values, and what matters most to you.
Sense there is more to this season of your life than simply going through the motions.
What Could Change in 6 Months?
Through our work together, you'll begin to:
Deepen your relationship with God and become more intentional about seeking His guidance.
Know who you are apart from your roles, accomplishments, and other people's opinions.
Recognize and embrace your strengths, gifts, passions, and experiences as part of your unique design.
Clarify your values so you know what matters most and can make decisions accordingly.
Make decisions with greater confidence without constantly needing reassurance or approval.
Recognize the beliefs and patterns that have been keeping you stuck and learn to respond differently.
Set healthier boundaries based on your values and priorities rather than guilt.
Take greater ownership of your choices and responses, even when you can't control your circumstances.
Give yourself room to make mistakes, learn, and grow instead of expecting perfection.
Live more intentionally with the time, gifts, relationships, resources, and opportunities you've been given.
The goal isn’t to turn you into someone new.
It’s to help you more fully become the woman God created you to be.
How We’ll Get There

Testimonials
"I really loved the one-on-one sessions. It was in these that I was able to really narrow down my current focuses and give myself permission to push everything else aside. You gave me courage to live out what I was learning in the program, which was a big help to me."
— Adrienne"Stephanie’s compassionate, supportive, knowledgeable, and empathetic approach built my resilience, self-efficiency, and self-confidence in several ways. She helped me to identify, define, articulate, and align my personal values to congruent actions. Stephanie helped me get out of my head and connect to my heart. This is by far one of Stephanie’s defining and key abilities as a coach."
— Zaneta“Stephanie’s program proved to be a transformative experience, guiding me through a process of self-examination, confronting my limiting beliefs, reframing my perspective, encouragement to dream big, and the development of actionable pathways to break free from feeling stuck. What struck me most was its ability to challenge me in ways I hadn't anticipated.
