Stephanie Martino is a Christian speaker and mindset coach known for bringing authenticity, humor, and a down-to-earth perspective to conversations that matter. Through personal stories, relatable insights, and practical truth, she creates an environment where women feel seen, challenged, encouraged—and often find themselves laughing along the way.

Before becoming a speaker and coach, Stephanie spent more than 27 years in corporate America, where she developed her ability to connect with people at every level - from engaging large groups to influencing senior leaders. She learned that meaningful change rarely comes from simply telling people what to do. It happens when something shifts in the way they see themselves, their circumstances, and what’s possible.

Today, Stephanie helps Christian women recognize the expectations and beliefs that have been shaping their lives, reconnect with who God created them to be, and make intentional choices about what comes next. Whether she’s speaking from a stage, leading a workshop, or facilitating an honest conversation, her goal is the same: to help women see something differently - and leave ready to live differently.
